The Process

The Application Process

Protection: Your contractor should cover all shrubbery, decks, windows, vehicles and all property not intended for coating

Preparation: The key to a successful installation is preparation. Your contractor should begin with a thorough pressure-wash using a pre-treatment of TSP and chlorine to remove all dirt, mildew, loose paint, and other impediments to adhesion. Surfaces should be scraped and sanded as necessary, as agreed with your contractor. Remove ALL loose and peeling paint and provide a solid sound substrate for the product application process

Repairs: Remove and replace ALL rotted wood using synthetic or cement based materials

Bonding Primer Application: A thorough visual application of our superior bonding primer must be applied by sprayer, brush, or roller to ALL surfaces intended for coating

Extreme-Seal Sealant: This high performance sealant is installed OVER the bonding primer to replace old or failed caulk, and to seal ALL possible points of water entry.

Extreme Performance Permanent Coating Application: Usually sprayed, the Extreme Performance Permanent Coating is applied over the bonding primer and sealant at a nominal 10 mils dry film thickness providing “Enduring Beauty” of a luxurious soft-satin finish and the “Maximum Protection” from “mother nature’s” most damaging elements.

Clean Up: Be sure to work with your contractor to assure proper cleanup of your home and surrounding areas upon completion of work.

Final Inspection: You should participate in a final, detailed inspection to assure your TOTAL satisfaction. Your contractor will provide you with a warranty registration card to send in only when you are completely satisfied with the work done on your home.
